ParGents 2022 Summer Outing

Hello ParGents Members,

I wanted to follow up my previous email with an update on the summer event. This event is NOT a ParGents tournament and hole in one jackpot will not be a part of the prize money. The dates are Sunday 10 July-Thursday 14 July. The cost is as follows and includes 4 night hotel at Cities of Gold Hotel and Casino, 3 rounds of golf and $100 toward prize money.

  • Golfer king bed $700

  • Golfer/non golfer king bed $700

  • Golfer 2 beds $740

  • Golfer/non golfer 2 beds $740

  • Golfer/golfer king bed $520 per golfer

  • Golfer/golfer 2 beds $540 per golfer

The course we will be playing are as follows:

  • Monday Towa Golf Course 10 AM progressive. Playing the Boulder and Piñon courses.

  • Tuesday Marty Sanchez Links 10 AM progressive Wednesday Black Mesa 8:30 shotgun Two of the courses are within 10 minutes from the course and Marty Sanchez is about 25 minutes away. We will NOT have shuttle service.

If anyone is interested in golf only because they have made other accommodations please let me know so I can give you the cost of golf.

If anyone needs a separate room for friends or family let me know and I’ll give you the price for that also.

You may have noticed an increase in the cost, the reason is I inadvertently left out the taxes for the golf.

I have made tee times for 40 golfers which may seem like more than usual but for those of you who are waiting til “next week” to pay your deposit I want you to know that I am close to 20 filled spots and only a few are the usual golfers that go on this trip. I fully expect to get to the 40 mark and have no guarantees that the courses or hotel will increase their numbers. I will follow up with another message in a few weeks to give you any updates.

Currently the cheapest flights on Southwest Airlines are $217.97, you would fly into Albuquerque and Santa Fe is about 45 minutes north of Albuquerque. Drive time from Phoenix to the hotel is approximately 7 hours 30 minutes.
